Throughout the course of the project, the Marriott maintained an 80-100% occupancy rate. We utilized a rapid-dry floor coating to eliminate down time for guests, installed awnings with a crane, and a flexible schedule allowed us to focus on other projects when weather delays or weddings and other high priority events meant that we had to halt construction.
In all, we completed the project, including coating miles of railings throughout the property, without any incidents or adverse impact on the guests.
